King’s Academy desires to provide the best education possible for students who are admitted. Due to staffing, funding, and facility limitations, some children are not admitted because the school cannot adequately provide for their learning needs. The nature of the school curriculum necessitates that children who have been diagnosed with learning differences must be able to meet the same academic standards as all other children in their grade level. Children with physical/motor limitations who may require special provisions will be considered for admission on a case-by-case basis.
Give a brief medical history of applicant, identifying any serious illnesses or injuries of which the school should be aware. List any emotional or medical treatments, or physical handicaps which may affect student’s activities.

The Fletcher School is currently offering a Lower School 2-day program for kindergarten through fifth grade students and an Upper School 3-day program for sixth grade through twelfth grade students to families. This cottage program is designed to provide and guide a child’s primary education. Briefly describe your current strategy for providing the education your child would require this year. (Other schools, homeschooling, curriculum, etc.)
